It must be hard to accept what is happening.
But I'm excited beyond all measure by the way people are coming together for Barack. It's a beautiful thing.

the day she drops out.

Once this mess is all over. I'm down with that.
She and Bill can relax at George Allen's country estate with some down-home hospitality (Dee-Licious Pork Sammiches) and unwind.

Why would we do that when it's fairly obvious she doesn't even want to be in the state on the day of the primary? On the day of another FISA vote in DC, on the day of the primaries in DC's two adjacent states, she couldn't be bothered to stick around and rally her own troops and instead ran off to Texas?
Meh.

she would give a gracious speech about dropping out of the race. If she bowed to the people while bowing out, she would do herself a lot of good. Ain't gonna happen though, sadly.

But she has always been a person who has worked like hell and shot for the very top, and despite our differences, I feel for her right now. Human to human, woman to woman, hard worker to hard worker, I feel for her. Peace, Hillary. And now let's get to work to bring in Ohio and Texas for Barack Obama.

really fun, when you stop and think on it properly?
I'm really glad it isn't.

"We'll all do fine." Kerry kept making a good living. So will those who do not become President this year, I'm sure.

someone -- an HRC supporter, actually -- said on another site that this is starting to feel like being an Adlai Stevenson supporter in 1960.
In any other cycle - any cycle without an Obama - I probably would be voting and backing Clinton.
She's a good Democrat - not perfect, but neither is Obama - and a good public servant.
I guess everyone's got their own blog now.

feeling sorry for someone is a poor excuse to make them president. I wish her all the best after she drops out of the race!
I forgot my mantra.

is GREATLY premature y'all. She's playing for Texas and Ohio where Obama power hasn't shown up yet. I'm an Obama supporter but DON'T. EVER. NEVER. EVER. underestimate the Clintons. One victory and she springs from the ashes...sadder and wiser, perhaps...but as bright and shining as a phoenix.
These are significant, perhaps historic, victories that we are witnessing but the knives are only going to get longer and sharper...from the GOP, the media, the pundits and the surrogates...as Obama is established as a front runner.

Lets not glorify her demise just yet. nor should we wish to humiliate her. she is still a democrat and a human being.

She's living, breathing, seems to be in excellent health with a beautiful family. How many Iraqis can say the same?
She's not being destroyed in the least.

should feel for her. It's not easy or pleasant.
I only wish it on Republicans...

She's like someone who's done her best and tried to do everything right, and it's blowing up in her face. I've been for Obama from the beginning, but I hope people will have some compassion for her.
