then Pennsylvania will be the state that matters. But if he wins that, then Hillary is out of states.
Of course it could be that only Puerto Rico matters. Lots of Hispanic voters and lower income voters--Perfect Hillary territory.

Whether we like it or not, there is a dislike among Hispanics and blacks in Texas for various reasons. Hillary wins Texas, OH, PA, and the nomination...Obama for president in 2016!

This identity politics sucks in a lot of ways, its starting to break down and good riddance.

to pit one group against another. Now it's Latinos-vs-blacks. It gets a little trying after awhile. I'm so sick of this divisive approach to politics, I could scream.

She's not PITTING one group against another anymore than Obama is doing so. It's just the way it plays out.

I'd love to be in the Wolfsen/Penn seat for a change. I can't wait to say, "For Obama to come within 10 points in texas- TEXAS- is a testament to the power of his candidacy. No one could have expected this kind of turnout for Obama. NO ONE!"

Blacks in Texas don't like Obama? What a crock. I can tell you Obama will do well here and if he doesn't win it outright it will be very close. The Latino vote is heavily concentrated in districts that have very few delegates. Also we have caucuses which favor Obama.

Notice this line from the diary:
We all knew February was going to be very tough...
Honestly, how many people here "knew" that two months ago? And now Obama's getting ~60% of the vote in places which, according to the CW in the blogosphere, were supposed to be close races (e.g. Maine). Hillary may very well win Texas and Ohio. But I'd wait until the end of the month to make that prognostication.
