is about more, much more, than an election.  this is about the future of the republic - quote from former congresswoman elizabeth holtzman who was on the hjc during the nixon impeachment.  she also said this past sunday that the only thing that will bring about real change in this country is impeachment and this was said during a forum on the presidential election.

the other thing you do not realize is that wexler is calling for impeachment hearings which are investigations.  investigations do not require success.  they just have to be done properly.  when the investigations are done under the aegis of impeachment the executive branch cannot use arguments of executive privilege and ignore subpoenas.  according to our founding fathers when they wrote the constitution with impeachment the buck stops there.  getting to the truth and getting the country back on track is what this is all about. and that spells success.
