        I wish I shared your optimism. Governor Siegelman probably wishes he had your optimism too...
        
        The only good thing is that the city and state of New York would have jurisdiction, which means a prosecution might happen. The downside is that it will be labeled 'A POLITICALLY MOTIVATED ATTACK ON CLINTON'S BEHALF" (frothing, foaming, etc. included) since the Gov. and AG are Dems.
